"A Random Act of Kindness."

Get Involved! Hold a Food Drive or Fundraiser for The Doney Clinic

Picture
You can hold a food drive for The Doney Clinic at your school, office or in your neighborhood.  Gather with your scout troop, sports team, knitting circle, van pool or any of your friends or people in your community to collect items for The Doney Clinic food bank.  Get together for a great cause!  Any amount of donations, big or small, are accepted and appreciated.

Any event can be a fundraiser for The Doney Clinic. Creative members of your community have held photo shoots, hula dance recitals and happy hour parties to collect items and raise money for The Doney Clinic.  Get together with your friends and your community, get creative and help a wonderful cause.  No event is too big or small.

Remember that 3 cans of food are better than none, 3 dollars are better than 1.  Anything that comes our way helps us keep our doors open and their bowls full. Contact Carol to learn more.
Please DO NOT take Doney Clinic donations to The Union Gospel Mission!

Keep The Doney Clinic in your thoughts to celebrate the life of someone's beloved pet. You'll be glad you did.

In their interviews of 105 homeless adult men and women, Robert M. Kidd and Aline H. Kidd found that homeless pet owners were the most dedicated pet owners they had ever encountered. During their interviews, the Kidds repeatedly heard the same comments: "He's the only thing that loves me." "I always feed her first." One homeless woman candidly stated "She doesn't mind that I'm dirty or smell - she loves me anyway.”  It was clear that many homeless adults had pets as a benefit to their mental and physical well-being.

This is why The Doney Clinic is so important. Thank you for your help.
